In short

  • The Kringls are characters with a name and a role, run by AI models. They are not people, and their work can be wrong.
  • A seat is ₪199 a month including VAT, after a 30 day free trial. Cancel at any time: on the cancel a purchase page, by email, by phone or by registered mail.
  • The code, designs and texts the Kringls make for you are yours, and so are your repositories and store accounts.
  • What goes live for your users is your responsibility. The Kringls stop before risky actions, and you still check.
  • Israeli law applies. Disputes with a business are heard in Tel Aviv, and a consumer may also sue in the court nearest to them.

The summary helps you find your way. The full document below is the binding text.

Who we are and what this covers

Kringl is a service of Wizzo Software Ltd. ("Wizzo", "we"), 3 Totzeret HaAretz St., Petah Tikva, Israel. Write to info@wizzo.co.il or call +972 52 775 2229.

These terms cover the site kringl.ai, the app at web.kringl.ai, the Android and iPhone apps, the browser extension and the desktop program. Together they are "the service".

By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms. If you open a workspace for a business, you confirm you may bind that business, and the business is the party to this agreement.

The service is meant for businesses and for people aged 18 and over.

What the Kringls are

Kringl is a team of Kringls: characters with a name, a role and a face, who do software work. Mark writes code, Pablo designs, Steve publishes to the stores, Harvey answers legal questions, and so on.

The Kringls are not people. Each of them is run by AI models, mostly from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. The name and the face tell you who you are talking to and what they can do.

A model can be wrong, even when it sounds sure. Code can contain a bug, a text can get a fact wrong, and an answer can be out of date.

What a Kringl writes about law, tax, money or health is general information. It is not professional advice and does not replace a lawyer, an accountant or a doctor.

Your account and workspace

You sign up with a name, an email address, a phone number and a password. The details must be true, and the password stays with you.

Anything done from your account counts as done by you. If you think someone else got in, write to us right away.

A workspace is the place of one business: its projects, conversations, connections and people. Whoever runs it invites people, decides what they may do and is responsible for what they do there.

Price and payment

Prices on the date of this document
WhatPriceHow it is billed
Seat (one person in the workspace)₪199 a month, VAT includedMonthly, to the workspace card, after the 30 day trial
Managed server with us ("Kringl Hosted")₪99 a month per server, plus VATFirst month in advance, then monthly

A new workspace starts with a 30 day free trial. When it ends without a card on file, access stops until a card is added.

A failed charge is retried every day. After 7 days without payment, access stops until the payment is settled.

A managed server left unpaid for 14 days may be shut down. Before that we tell the workspace owners, and a person on our team decides. After a shutdown, a last backup is kept for 30 days.

You type your card details into secure fields of PayMe, our payment processor. We keep only a charging token, the last four digits, the expiry date and the card brand. Every charge comes with an invoice.

The models run on your own account. On the seat plan you connect an account with a model provider to your workspace (for example an Anthropic Claude subscription). Its cost, if any, is paid to that provider under its terms, not through us.

Customers who work with Wizzo under a separate agreement (for example on credits) are billed under that agreement, which prevails where it says so. Gift credit, if given, is limited to what was said about it and has no cash value.

Prices can change. We announce a change by email or in the app at least 30 days ahead, and it applies from the first billing period after the notice.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a seat, a managed server or the whole workspace at any time, without giving a reason. Send the cancellation notice in any of these ways:

The cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of receiving the notice, and no new charge goes out after that. What was already paid stays active until the end of its period.

Cancelling during the 30 day trial costs nothing.

Consumers, as defined in Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, may also cancel a distance sale within 14 days under section 14C of that law and on its terms. In that case we refund what was paid within 14 days, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, and less the value of the service already given.

A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in section 14C1 of that law, may cancel within 4 months when the deal included a conversation between them and us, under that section and on its terms.

If you cancel because of a defect in the service, a mismatch with its description, a failure to supply it or another breach on our side, we refund everything you paid and charge no cancellation fee or other payment.

Beyond what the law requires, a refund for a period already paid is decided case by case by a person on our team.

The work is yours

The code, designs, texts and files the Kringls make for you are yours, to the extent the law recognises rights in them. We claim no ownership of them.

Your GitHub repositories, your developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play, your servers and your domains stay yours. The Kringls work in them with the permission you gave, and stop when you remove it.

On a managed server with us, the server is ours and the content on it is yours. You can ask for a copy at any time.

To provide the service you give us a limited permission to hold and process what you upload and connect, for that purpose only. How exactly, and with whom: the privacy policy.

Kringl itself belongs to Wizzo: the software, the name, the Kringls, their names and their faces.

What is yours to check

Your product and its users are your responsibility. Check a change before it goes live, especially a change to a database, to payments or to messages your users receive.

The Kringls work by rules: they do not touch payment code or message your users unless you asked, a large data change waits for a person's approval, and a data change has a safety net that puts the rows back. The rules lower the risk. They do not remove it.

A connection you give (a repository, a server, a store, a mailbox) must be yours, or one you are allowed to give.

What you upload to a conversation must be yours or something you may use, and must not infringe anyone's rights.

Keep your own backup of anything that matters to you.

What is not allowed

  • Building or running anything unlawful through the service.
  • Breaking into, scanning or attacking someone else's system without their permission.
  • Sending spam, messages or notifications to people who did not ask for them.
  • Writing malicious code, impersonating someone or deceiving people.
  • Harming minors, or collecting their data against the law.
  • Getting around the service's limits, or reselling access to it without an agreement with us.
  • Breaking the usage rules of the model providers (for example Anthropic's usage policy).

For such use we may stop your access. When the use puts others or the service at risk, we stop it at once and tell you right after. In any other case we tell you first.

Other companies' services

The service relies on other providers: model providers, GitHub, the Apple and Google stores, the payment processor, the servers. The full list is in the privacy policy.

When you connect your own account with such a provider, its terms apply to that use. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes or their decisions, such as a store rejecting a version.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and do not promise it will never fail or pause.

We change and add features all the time. If a change removes something material you pay for, we tell you ahead.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

This limit does not apply to bodily injury, to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limit. It also does not reduce consumer rights under the law.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may pause or close an account that is unpaid, breaks these terms or puts others at risk. We tell you first, except when the account puts others or the service at risk, and then we tell you right after we stop it.

Your code is already in your own repositories. To delete your account, or to get a copy of your conversations and files, write to info@wizzo.co.il, and we answer within 30 days.

Governing law

Israeli law governs these terms. In a dispute with a business, the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction. A consumer may sue in any court the law allows them, including where they live.

A consumer living outside Israel keeps the protections that the law of their country does not allow them to give up.

Changes to this document

When this document changes, the date at the top changes. We announce a material change by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. Using the service after that date means you accept the new text.

A question about this document? Write to info@wizzo.co.il and a person answers.
