Send a cancellation notice

What to write
- Your full name.
- The email address you sign in with.
- The name of the workspace.
- What to cancel: one person's seat, a managed server, or the whole workspace.
- If you cancel because of a fault or a defect in the service, what happened.
You do not have to give a reason. The details only help us find the account and cancel what you asked for.
What happens next
The cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of receiving the notice, and no new charge goes out after that. What was already paid stays active until the end of its period. When the cancellation is done, you get a confirmation by email.

A consumer may cancel a distance sale within 14 days, and a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant within 4 months when the deal included a conversation with us, under Israel's Consumer Protection Law and on its terms.
