Accessibility statement

The site is built so anyone can read it and find their way: by keyboard, with a screen reader, zoomed in or without motion. This page says what we did, what is still missing, and who to write to.

What this covers

This statement covers the site kringl.ai, in English and Hebrew. The app at web.kringl.ai and the store apps were not part of this check.

The site follows Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0.

What we did

  • Every page is built from headings in order, and from marked regions: the header, the menu, the content and the footer.
  • Every link, button and field can be reached by keyboard, and a strong outline shows where you are.
  • Every page declares its language (Hebrew right to left, English left to right), and a passage in another language inside a page is marked too.
  • Images that carry information have a text description. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Most text on the site is dark on light or light on dark, at a contrast that meets the standard. The exceptions are listed under "What is not accessible yet".
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and pages adapt to the width of the screen, phones included.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the site comes without animations.
  • Tables have row and column headers, and form fields are tied to their label and to their error message.

What is not accessible yet

We keep checking and fixing. These are the things we know about today:

  • On the pink and blue tiles some text, light and dark, has less contrast than the standard asks for, the labels of the contact form on the home page included.
  • The home page has conversation demos that play by themselves. The accessibility menu and the reduce motion setting stop them.
  • The chat window on the site (Pilot) is a separate component and was not part of this check.
  • The app at web.kringl.ai and the store apps have not had a full accessibility check yet.

How we checked

We ran the check ourselves on 26.09.2026, on the home page, the about page, the market page and the four documents (terms of use, privacy, accessibility and cancel a purchase), in English and Hebrew: full keyboard navigation, an automated axe test, and a check in Chrome on a desktop and at phone size. It was not done by an outside accessibility auditor.

The binding target is the Israeli standard, which is based on WCAG 2.0. The automated test also ran the WCAG 2.1 rules at levels A and AA.
